Navigating the Services Dashboard

Here's a brief overview of the Services Dashboard. This document will periodically be updated to reflect changes made to the system. You feedback is welcome!

Logging In

Using the link you received in your onboarding email. Go to the log-in portal and enter your email address and password. Once inside, please re-set you password.

Dashboard

Once you log into your account you will see the user dashboard.

Click on the collection that you would like to access or navigate between collections by clicking the drop-down menu in the top left corner.

Users

Use this section to see and manage users in your organization. Change your password here!

Sites

This section contains information on...

  • Domains

  • Enabled Languages

  • Twilio Settings

Please contact [email protected] to make changes in this section.

Media

This section lists all the media assets used by the site. You can add or remove assets in this section.

Settings

Go to this section to make changes to the front-end of the website. This area provides access to the following:

  • Accessibility--Adjust accessibility settings

  • Common--Add alerts here!

  • Brand--Make changes to the site graphics, theme and meta data

  • Header--Add/Remove buttons to the site's header

  • Footer--Add/Remove custom links or Disclaimer to the footer

  • Suggestions--Edit/Add/Remove text suggestions that appear in the search box

  • Topics--Edit/Add/Remove categories and subcategories that appear on the front page

  • Badges--This is where configurations for badge icons are set. Please contact customer support to make changes.

  • Resource--Edit the Last Assured Text

  • Search--Adjust settings to the search box including search box text, Result page limits, radius values, Facets, and Map

  • New Layout--This is where the settings to an experimental layout are kept. Please contact customer support for assistance.

  • Privacy Policy Page--Allows you to enable/disable and edit the Privacy Policy Page

  • Terms of Use--Allows you to enable/disable and edit the Terms of Use

  • Feature Flags--Allows you to enable/disable certain site features. Please contact customer service for more support.

💡Some settings can only be changed by Connect211 staff. These features may still be in development or require particular technical knowledge. Please contact [email protected] if you are unable to make desired changes.

Saving Changes

After you have made your desired changes, click the "Save" button in the top right corner to publish your changes to the site.

To see your changes on the site, click the See Live Webpage button.

Most front-page changes have a TTL of 5 minutes. Changes to the resource cards may take up to 2 hours.

Cool Feature Note: Use the "Translate (BETA)" button to automatically translate any changes you make on the Suggestions/Topic Tabs across all languages on your site.

Analytics

Navigate to this collection to see the analytics for your resource directory page. This page is currently being refined. Stay tuned for new measures coming soon!

Documenting Bugs and Suggesting Improvements

This interface is a work in progress. We will be continuously making changes behind the scenes to improve performance and accessibility. If you find some unexpected behavior or if things fall apart suddenly, please let us know. Also if you have ideas for ways to improve the interface, we would love to hear about it. Please email [email protected] with all your feedback and bugs!
