Ticket Portal Access

How to view all open tickets and their status for your team.

Our support system is designed to work seamlessly with a custom app and user dashboard—coming Fall 2025. Until then, we’ve set up a simple email verification process to help you access the Ticket Portal:

  1. Click “Ticket Portal” in the header at help.connect211.com.

  2. Enter your email address to receive a One-Time Password (OTP).

  3. Check your inbox (or spam folder) for the code and enter it.

  4. You’ll be redirected to your Ticket Portal.

Note: Sessions aren’t saved right now—you’ll need to log in each time you access the Ticket Portal.

If you run into any issues, email us at [email protected]. Good old email still works!

Company Wide Tickets

The portal only displays tickets for an entire company. Users create tickets, and anyone else from their company can see those tickets too. If tickets appear to be missing, they may not be linked to a company. Please let our team know and we'll take care of it.
